Description:
The calls to the ZEND_ARG_INFO macro in init.cpp are not quite right. The use of double quotes around the parameter name are incorrect and will appear in the reflection output as $"name", rather than $name.

The supplied patch is based upon the last publicly released source code.

There is also a 1 line fix for the phpinfo() output. The DISPLAY_INI_ENTRIES() call should be outside of the php_info_print_table_xxx() calls as the DISPLAY_INI_ENTRIES creates its own html table structure.

The patch is free and comes with no strings of any description or interpretation. Simply review it, commit it and say thank you. If you want to add something like "Patch supplied by Richard Quadling" then that would be nice. Shows you care.

Description:
The winres.h header is NOT part of the standard SDK. Using the latest instructions from http://wiki.php.net/internals/windows/stepbystepbuild makes no mention of the old behaviour of having to rename winresrc.h to winres.h

This patch makes sqlsrv use the default header file.
